Meatball Spaghetti Cups

Meatball Spaghetti Cups

Craving a crispy, savory snack that reimagines a classic comfort food in a fun format? These Meatball Spaghetti Cups bring together tender pasta, rich marinara sauce, and juicy meatballs. They bake into bite-sized nests that are perfect for parties or quick family dinners. Turning a traditional pasta dish into individual finger-food portions gives you all the cozy goodness of Italian night with a mess-free twist.

The base of this dish centers on boiled spaghetti tossed in a rich jar of pasta sauce and savory grated parmesan cheese. Shallow-fried frozen meatballs bring a crispy exterior and tender texture, while plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese holds each nest together. A subtle finish of chili flakes and freshly chopped cilantro adds a vibrant touch of color and extra flavor to every single cup.

Preparing these individual pasta nests is a straightforward and satisfying process. Boil the spaghetti for seven minutes, mix with marinara and parmesan, then press into muffin cups to form nests. Top each with mozzarella, a meatball, and more cheese, then bake at 400°F for 12 minutes until bubbly.

Serve these hot spaghetti cups straight from the oven for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that everyone will love. If you are planning a complete party spread or love serving creative bites, try pairing them with our Crispy Chicken Potato Donuts
