Spicy Habanero Yogurt Sauce is a creamy, flavorful dip that combines the cooling richness of Greek yogurt with the bold heat of red habanero and red chili. The sauce gets additional depth from garlic, pink peppercorns, Sichuan pepper, olive oil, and fresh lemon zest. These ingredients come together to create a creamy yogurt sauce with a spicy, aromatic, and slightly citrusy character.

The recipe starts with a simple chili paste made from red habanero, red chili, garlic, pink peppercorns, and salt.Olive oil adds richness to the mixture. Next, mix the flavorful chili paste with Greek yogurt to create a smooth and creamy sauce that balances the heat of the chilies.
Sichuan pepper adds another layer of spice to the sauce, while lemon zest brings a fresh citrus aroma. Mixing everything well helps distribute the chili paste and seasonings throughout the Greek yogurt, so every spoonful delivers a balanced combination of creaminess and heat.
