- 2 lbs 1 kg thinly sliced beef
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
For the Filling
- 7 oz 210 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 oz 30 g green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 oz 15 g fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 oz 30 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 oz 30 g peanuts, chopped
- 1 oz 30 g almonds, chopped
- 1 oz 30 g dried cranberries, chopped
For Baking
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
For the Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 oz 60 g onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 cups passata
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Garnish
- Fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Beef Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the beef slices with salt, red chili flakes, black pepper, and garam masala.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green chili, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of beef.
- Sprinkle walnuts, peanuts, almonds, and cranberries over each slice.
- Roll each beef slice tightly and secure if needed.
- Place the rolls in a lightly greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
