½ cup All-purpose flour ½ cup Cocoa powder 3 tbsp Sugar ¼ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Baking powder 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 tsp Vanilla extract ½ cup Milk whole 2 tbsp Chocolate chips semi-sweet 1 tbsp Chocolate chips semi-sweet Butter or oil for greasing the mug
Lightly grease a large microwave-safe mug with butter or oil.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder to the mug or a mixing bowl.
Pour in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk.
