Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz strawberries 210 g
  • 3 oz cashews 90 g
  • 1/2 cup water cold
  • 1/2 cup cream whipping
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 oz chia seeds 90 g
  • Grated coconut for garnish
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Blend the Ingredients

  • Add the strawberries, cashews, cold water, whipping cream, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.

Strain the Mixture

  • Strain the mixture into a bowl for a smoother texture.

Stir in the Chia Seeds

  • Stir in the chia seeds until well combined.

Chill the Pudding
