Crispy Beef Tortilla Samosas

Crispy Beef Tortilla Samosas

Looking for an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack that delivers incredible crunch and flavor? These Tortilla Beef Samosas are an absolute game-changer for your next party, family gathering, or casual snack time. By swapping traditional pastry for convenient tortillas, you get all the irresistible crispiness of a classic samosa with a fraction of the effort, making them a fun and approachable treat to whip up at home.

The filling is a powerhouse of savory flavors, bringing together tender ground beef cooked with aromatic ginger, garlic, and golden-brown onions. Warm spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander infuse the meat, while sweet frozen peas add a delightful pop of color and texture. Finished with a vibrant kick of fresh cilantro, green chili, lemon juice, and garam masala, the mixture strikes the perfect balance between hearty, spiced, and tangy notes.

You can fold the tortillas into neat cone-shaped pockets with a simple flour slurry, then generously fill each pocket with the savory beef mixture and seal the edges. This simple process brings all the flavors together in a delicious, satisfying snack. You can choose to fry them for just a minute on each side until perfectly golden and crispy, or pop them into the air fryer at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes for an equally crispy finish.

Serve these samosas with homemade Spicy Tamarind Chutney for the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and spicy flavors that complement the savory filling. If you enjoy serving fried appetizers with bold, flavorful condiments, try pairing them with our spicy garlic chutney or a tangy habanero yogurt dip with Sichuan pepper Give this recipe a try and enjoy a wonderful twist on a classic favorite!
